The Online Academy is open 24 hours a day.
Training may include:

- Tai Chi foundations and classical practice
- Health Qigong and internal Qigong
- Tan Tui and movement conditioning
- Recovery, breath and meditation
Lessons may include video, audio and downloadable guidance.

Cape Town Training
Small classes. Direct guidance.
Weekly training is held at Shaolin Café in Cape Town.
Current classes may include:

In-person training allows for direct correction, technical detail and personal guidance.

Instructor Pathway
Learn the practice before teaching it.
The Instructor Pathway is for experienced students who are ready to deepen their technical understanding and learn how to guide others responsibly.
Progression may include:

Build a consistent personal practice.
Assessment
Demonstrate technical understanding and appropriate skill.
Instructor Development
Learn how to explain, guide and adapt the material safely.
Possible pathways include:

- Qigong instructor development
- Martial arts teaching development
- Health Qigong coach training and Duan assessment
This is not an instant certification.
Teaching develops through practice, assessment and responsibility.
Health Qigong Development
Formal Health Qigong training, coach development and Duan assessment are supported through the SA Health Qigong Association.
This pathway is separate from ordinary All Access membership.

Selected workshops, seminars and gatherings are hosted throughout the year.
