Cape Town Training

Small classes. Direct guidance.

Weekly training is held at Shaolin Café in Cape Town.

Current classes may include:

    • Peng Nan Wing Chun
      (also written as Pan Nam)

    • Selected workshops and refinement sessions

In-person training allows for direct correction, technical detail and personal guidance.

Instructor Pathway

Learn the practice before teaching it.

The Instructor Pathway is for experienced students who are ready to deepen their technical understanding and learn how to guide others responsibly.

Progression may include:

Student

Build a consistent personal practice.

Assessment

Demonstrate technical understanding and appropriate skill.

Instructor Development

Learn how to explain, guide and adapt the material safely.

Possible pathways include:

    • Tai Chi instructor development
    • Qigong instructor development
    • Martial arts teaching development
    • Health Qigong coach training and Duan assessment

This is not an instant certification.

Teaching develops through practice, assessment and responsibility.

Health Qigong Development

Formal Health Qigong training, coach development and Duan assessment are supported through the SA Health Qigong Association.

This pathway is separate from ordinary All Access membership.
