Tai Chi Quan
Relaxation in movement.
Tai Chi is an Internal Art built around balance, body alignment and whole-body coordination.
The movements are slow, but the practice is not passive.
You learn to move without unnecessary tension while keeping the body organised and aware.
Training develops:
-
- Upright posture
- Slow, controlled transitions
- Balance and weight shifting
- Joint-aware movement
- Breath and movement coordination
- Whole-body connection
Tai Chi may be practised for health, personal development or as an internal martial discipline.
No previous experience is needed to begin.
Qigong Practice
Movement, breath and stillness.
Qigong uses simple postures, repeated movements and quiet attention to develop a steadier relationship with the body.
Practice may include:
-
- Standing or seated Qigong
- Gentle repeated sequences
- Breath awareness
- Lower Dantian focus
- Postural alignment
- Stillness and meditation
- Internal movement principles
Qigong can support Tai Chi and martial arts training.
It may also be practised on its own.
Some days you move.
Some days you stand.
Some days the practice is simply becoming quiet enough to notice your breathing.
Cosmic Healing Qigong
A Daoist internal practice.
Cosmic Healing Qigong brings together standing meditation and moving Qigong methods drawn from Daoist internal traditions.
The practice combines stillness and movement through:
-
- Meditative standing
- Gentle moving sequences
- Lower Dantian awareness
- Breath-led coordination
- Gradual internal development
It is suitable for people seeking low-impact movement, internal cultivation or a quieter complement to Tai Chi and martial arts practice.
The work develops through consistency rather than intensity.
Calm mind. Flowing movement. Living harmony.
