Self Care Approach
Programs offered are presented as a lesson series; from exercises, lectures, and tools for self-healing, stress reduction, energy enhancement, emotional balance, vitality, longevity, and spiritual insight. The program’s common thread is to teach the theory and practice of Vitality, Nourishing-Life-Enhancement, and Prevention Medicine.

Assessment Submissions
Live immersion sessions can be included in all teacher programs; to discuss and analyze technical aspects and address experiences.
Following the submission of progress videos and Q&A, a live assessment is pre-booked accordingly.
Film progress
The teacher’s course includes a progression assessment after each level of achievement is complete.
Record the very last phase practicing (front, 3/4, and rear) and submit it.

Q & A
How do I start with limited experience?
Our courses are integrative and methodical in the address of each subject. There is a formula for learning and achievement. Chinese martial arts, Daoist healing, and its philosophies form the basic fundamental building blocks which are beneficial toward the healing Chinese martial arts practices of Tai Chi Quan, Qigong, and its complementary, TCM therapy. They cannot be separated.
THE DIFFRENCE TRAINING AS A STUDENT & INSTRUCTOR?
The student and the teacher course follow the same principles of the course content and practice. The teacher course has more advanced Qigong patterns and theory to study alongside a minimum requirement of 200 hours of intense practice and training per series. The teacher’s course also allows for progression assessment on completion of each level of achievement. This is done by the instructor submitting a recording of the final phase at each level of practice along with prescribed pre-booked live teachers’ webinar access.
How many ways are there of practicing Qigong ?
There are two ways of practicing Qi Gong
Dong Gong is an active technique. It involves movements relating to acupuncture points and channels and strengthens the internal organs. This is also found in the practice of Tai Chi Quan but in Tai Chi, one has to sink the Qi into the lower Dantian as well.
Jing Qi Gong is a passive technique like Yin and Yang. It consists of any kind of meditation – sitting, lying, or standing – which helps us to cultivate energy and store the Qi in the DanTian. It works on the internal body and clears the mind (to gain calmness and clarity )
