Programs

Programs offered are presented as a course series; from exercises, lectures, and tools for self-healing, stress reduction, energy enhancement, emotional balance, vitality, longevity, and spiritual insight. In one phrase, this program teaches the theory and practice of Vitality, Nourishing-Life-Enhancement, and Prevention Medicine. Our common focus; that of Self-Care Longevity and the ability to awaken dormant human health and healing potential. Self-care is a very active and powerful choice; by engaging in activities that require us to gain or maintain an optimal level of overall health and longevity. As a teacher, student or coach overall health includes not just the physical, but the psychological, emotional, social, and spiritual components of an individual’s well-being.

The best teacher or coach is one who teaches from experience. Ability alongside amplifying the Skill of the teacher or coach is key within all our programs and courses. Our programs simplify and demystify the complex East-West philosophy as well as Chinese medicine technicalities by placing each sector within the context of validity. Catering to a step by step self-paced progression; allowing each level to unfold and amplify the next. Teachers are encouraged to start at the beginning regardless of experience. Cosmic Healing Qigong

Teachers Elementary Cosmic Healing Way Program in its simplest explanation is; Self Care Daoist Martial Art & Medicine Classics Evolved. The techniques taught are unique to Dr. Jeff Lan and his experiences and research. They are easily integrated and accessible to everyone; from students, business persons, yoga instructors, martial artists, healers, and self healers. Everyone can benefit regardless of experience at any age and fitness level. Specifically designed to support healing in yourself and others, building resilience during times of change and beyond.

Tai Chi Quan

Both Tai Chi and Qigong is known as preventative therapy exercise. Although tai chi is slow and gentle and doesn’t leave you breathless, it addresses the key components of fitness. The practice of Tai Chi Quan trains you to maintain a balance between the two principles of Yin and Yang and Quan as Balance. The principles you learn in Tai Chi Quan should be applied to everything you do throughout your life. A warm-up session is an essential and prior need before the commencement of any form of movement practice. This prevents any gently / soft injury from occurring during practice.

Health Qigong is easy to access toward learning any form of Qigong; from the old school classics to modern-day adaptations thereof. It is well suited for individuals who struggle with finding a routine, have an overactive spirit,  or mastering the combined action of meditation, breathwork, and technicalities associated. Live Webinars

All teacher programs are accompanied by live immersion sessions to discuss and analyze technical details and experiences of address.  These are booked group sessions after submissions of progress videos and Q&A.

Record progress

The teacher’s course also allows for progression assessment on completion of each level of achievement. This is done by the instructor submitting a recording of the final phase practice along with a pre-booked live teacher’s webinar access. It is recommended to record yourself every few weeks to review your actions as a record of checking yourself. Both assist with the evolutionary enhancement of ability and skills.

How many ways are there of practicing Qigong ?

There are two ways of practicing Qi Gong 

Dong Gong is an active technique. It involves movements relating to acupuncture points and channels and strengthens the internal organs.  This is also found in the practice of Tai Chi  Quan but in Tai Chi, one has to sink the Qi into the lower Dantian as well.

Jing Qi Gong is a passive technique like Yin and Yang. It consists of any kind of meditation – sitting, lying, or standing – which helps us to cultivate energy and store the Qi in the DanTian. It works on the internal body and clears the mind (to gain calmness and clarity )

How do I start with limited experience?

Our courses are integrative and methodical in the address of each subject. There is a formula for learning and achievement. Chinese martial arts, Daoist healing, and its philosophies form the basic fundamental building blocks which are beneficial toward the healing Chinese martial arts practices of Tai Chi Quan, Qigong, and its complementary, TCM therapy. They cannot be separated.

THE DIFFRENCE TRAINING AS A STUDENT & INSTRUCTOR?

The student and the teacher course follow the same principles of the course content and practice. The teacher course has more advanced Qigong patterns and theory to study alongside a minimum requirement of 200 hours of intense practice and training per series. The teacher’s course also allows for progression assessment on completion of each level of achievement. This is done by the instructor submitting a recording of the final phase at each level of practice along with prescribed pre-booked live teachers’ webinar access.

WHAT IS COSMIC HEALING WAY QIGONG?

The Cosmic Healing Way Program in its simplest explanation is; Self Care Daoist Martial Art & Medicine Classics Evolved. Created by Dr. Jeff Lan to assist both beginners and experienced players with an easier learning and acquisition process of skills and ability within merging Daoist Qigong and Meditation techniques. This is done to assist the modern lifestyle as well as the time-constrained obligations normally required within these individual practices. Self-healing, enhance the practitioners healing ability, unify the mind, congenital nature and congenital life force, connecting Jing – Qi – Shen, understanding ones emotion from negative energy to positive energy, cultivate and nourish the Qi, technical details on how to sink the Qi in lower dantian, while assuming postures sitting, standing or lying down, work and process in detail how to execute dantian breathing, understand the process of grounding.

What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi helps us to separate the Yin and Yang of the body while in motion, within this stillness it helps to harmonise Yin and Yang, allowing for the activation of the meridians and collaterals, to enhance the regulation and flow of Qi and blood circulation, to balance and stabalise the central equilibrium,  working on the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, by relaxing the physical body, defining and distinguishing between the principle of full and empty to allow our whole gravity to drop down completely, as well as allowing the sinking of Qi into the lower dantian/cauldron of life. All to enhance the quality of Life.
